Varsity Co-op or Assembly Hall Creatives, Inc. is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. With the exception of cookies, we only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via web form, email, or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will use your information to respond to you regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization. We may contact you via email if you have provided your contact information via web form in the future to tell you about new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy. We will cease such contact upon request via email to info@varsitycoop.com.

Varsity Co-op is required to comply with demands for information as dictated by Laws of the Philippines and International law. Examples of these demands include subpoenas, warrants, and civil discovery demands. Information covered by our Privacy Policy may be disclosed following such a request if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such a disclosure is necessary or required.

To the extent permissible by applicable law, you agree not to take any action and/or waive your rights to take any action against Varsity Co-op for the disclosure of your personal information in these circumstances.
